You can use the calculator for free. Please do not copy the site, scrape it or use it to build a competing product.
Planning estimates, not advice
Every number we show is a planning estimate based on your answers and public guidance. It is not medical, electrical, legal or professional advice. Check device labels, follow official instructions in an emergency, and call 911 when lives are at risk.
Buying a plan or guide
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe, which saves your card for offers after payment. Your plan is a digital file: you download it on the thank-you page right after payment and it is sent to your email. We never print, stock or ship anything.
Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee: if the plan does not help your family get ready, email us within 30 days and we refund the full price. You keep the PDF.
Your copy
Your plan and guides are for you and your household. You may print and share them at home; please do not resell them or post them publicly.
Partner links
Some links pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you. We pick products by fit, rating and price, and partners never pay to be in your plan.
Limits
We work hard to keep the numbers right, but we cannot guarantee any outcome in an emergency. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version and its date appear on this page.
